Positive: The villa is really spacious and everything is still very new. The AC keeps everything really cool. Breakfast is delivered to the villa every morning, with very good portion size and a really authentic taste. The owner of the villa also provides taxi service and personalized guided tours on demand. I really enjoyed my stay, and would not hesitate to advice this villa to family, or to book this villa again if I returned to Ubud.
Negative: The family-owned restaurant was great, but there are not too many other restaurants in walking distance nearby. Because of the dogs on the nearby streets, you preferably do need a scooter or taxi to pass.
